This will be an open track type event at the East track of the Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, Utah from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. The East course has as many as seven major overtaking areas, and 14 corners, including the three-turn esses, which have significant elevation changes. The feature corner on the East course is the final turn, a 50 foot-wide, 9º banked sweeper that leads onto the main straight. It is designed to create last-minute overtaking challenges before the race to the finish line.
There will be a mandatory track day drivers meeting at 8:00 am. If you are going to drive on the track, you must attend the meeting.
We are also trying to gauge interest in driving instruction. If we can get 6 people that are interested, we would be able to arrange for the track instructors and Mustangs to do a driving school. There would be additional cost for this program but it is a great way to learn how to push your car to the limits. If you are interested in driving instruction for this day please let us know as soon as possible.
