In 1969, I bought the (then) love of my life, a Red w-black 327 Malibu SS. Can anybody tell me why I sold that car to buy a 1971 VW Super-Beatle? :confused:

Best answer I can come up with is that you were concerned about "Global Cooling" which was being predicted around that time and thought the Bug might handle the new ice age better.;):D
