I'm kinda new to this stuff :o ... does anyone have any new news about the TRT transaxle? ... and will it ever grow up to be a six-speed?

Fill me in. Who make the TRT transaxle and what is it used for?

I believe a fellow by the name of Richard Timte was in the process of developing a 5-speed sequential or H pattern strong enough to hold 800 hp. He recently suffered a mild(?) heart attack and had to put everything on hold for a while. you can read up on it at www.gt40s.com/forum/
